To find motivated employees and to inspire them for us is a task that has a great significance in the company. We are constantly on the lookout for new colleagues and the training of junior staff is particularly important to us.
For this reason, our human resources department was represented with one of our trainees at the DHBW Heidenheim study information day to showcase our dual study program, which we offer in cooperation with the DHBW. On the following day, the HR team visited the Geisenfelder Realschule and talked about our numerous training occupations. The response was extremely positive, so that we are expecting a large number of applications and are therefore confident that we will be able to fill all training places for 2019.
