On April 26, 2018, the future day for girls and boys – the so-called Girls’ and Boys’ Day – will once again take place, and ARS Altmann AG will also take part with an extensive range of trial internships (flyer in German only). We are participating for the second time and offer female and male participants exciting introductory internships in various business areas.
In order to inspire girls and young women with enthusiasm for technology and craftsmanship, we offer insights into more male-dominated professions. In doing so, we would like to take away their possible shyness and show them that equal rights do not stop at career choices either. For one day, interested girls have the opportunity to fulfil the tasks of a vehicle painter, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics engineer, automotive mechatronics technician or IT specialist for system integration or application development.
At the same time, boys and young men can get to know our commercial professions and find their way into the office world. This is intended to reduce stereotypes of the “typical female profession” and to inspire them with commercial content.
Of course, we will also use the day to give an overview of our entire training spectrum and to highlight opportunities in the company after the training. It is our high take-over rate in the case of appropriate services that makes us a very attractive training company.
