Our office managers are organizational and communication talents. They organize and process all office management and commercial activities in areas such as accounting, sales, purchasing and much more. They always maintain an overview and manage to keep calm even in stressful situations.
What you will learn with us
The apprenticeship is divided into theory (vocational school) and practice. You will be deployed directly in the specialist departments and develop your skills from the ground up – naturally geared towards the special features of the logistics sector.
Exciting tasks
In order to get to know all areas of the company, our office managers rotate through our departments, including Sales, Controlling, Accounting, Human Resources, Quality and Purchasing, over a period of 1 to 3 months.

Our “Spedis” have an overview of all truck and wagon transports for the latest vehicles and organize their smooth international transport. This includes advising customers, coordinating orders and conditions and clarifying complaints.
What you will learn with us
The apprenticeship is divided into theory (vocational school) and practice. You will be deployed directly in our specialist departments and develop your skills from the ground up – naturally geared towards the special features of the logistics sector.
Exciting tasks
In order to get to know all areas of the company, our “Spedis” spend 1 to 3 months in our departments, including Sales, Controlling, Accounting, Human Resources, Quality and Purchasing. The focus on logistics is underlined during a 6-month assignment in the dispatching department (road or rail).

As an computer science expert for data & process analysis, you ensure that large amounts of data are prepared in an understandable way and business processes are optimized. You check data quality and develop solutions that make our logistics chains even more efficient.
What you will learn with us
Dual training means theory at vocational school and practice with us in Wolnzach. You will learn programming languages, statistical tools and data protection basics and apply your knowledge directly in projects – naturally geared towards the specifics of the logistics industry.
Exciting tasks
You use modern tools such as databases, Power BI or programming languages to evaluate and process large amounts of data. This allows you to identify patterns and weak points so that workflows and processes can be designed more efficiently.

Mechanic for Agricultural and Construction Machinery

Mechanics for agricultural and construction machinery are specialists when it comes to the maintenance and repair of vehicles, machines, systems and equipment used in the agricultural and construction industries. You are the master of our vehicles and machines with up to 400 HP.
What you will learn with us
Each apprenticeship is divided into theory (vocational school) and practice. You will work directly in our tractor workshop and develop your skills from the ground up – naturally geared to the special features of the logistics sector.
Exciting tasks
You take care of our tractors and machines with up to 400 HP from the “High and Heavy” range on a daily basis. You will carry out services and inspections, take care of special installations according to customer requirements and retrofit special accessories.

Our vehicle painters ensure that our customers’ vehicles look perfect. As part of the ‘styling programme’ in the paint shop, the latest vehicles are painted, decaled or fitted with special paintwork, lettering or logos on superstructures and special equipment.

The apprenticeship is divided into theory (vocational school) and practice. You will be assigned directly to our paint shop and learn your trade from the ground up – naturally with a focus on the specifics of the logistics industry.
Exciting tasks
Whether it’s a car, tractor or motorbike, during your training you will learn how to sand, fill, prime and paint various vehicles first-hand. With a great deal of finesse, you will achieve brilliant results when polishing and finishing.
One profession - many tasks
You will be in charge of a truck with up to 400 hp and will be responsible for delivering vehicles from renowned brands and ensuring they are loaded and unloaded correctly. During your training, you will obtain your truck driving licence and also learn about the processes in the office.
What you will learn with us
The apprenticeship is divided into theory (vocational school in Mindelheim) and practice (work at AFT H. Altmann Fahrzeugtransporte GmbH). You will work both in the truck and in the office to learn and understand all the important processes. This will allow you to learn your trade from the ground up – with a focus on the specifics of the logistics industry, of course.
Exciting tasks
As a professional driver, you will transport the latest vehicles on the market. Our car transporters are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and modern driver assistance systems. In addition to obtaining your truck driving licence, you will learn how to take delivery of, load and hand over vehicles in accordance with customer specifications, as well as how to document freight documents.
