Donation of 5,400 euros: Christmas bazaar at ARS Altmann supports non-profit organisation Tafel

Nine women stand in a row indoors, some wearing purple aprons. Four of them hold signs displaying “5.400 €.” They are smiling, and there is a white flag with text in the background.
Giving and doing good: this year, our in-house Christmas bazaar at our headquarters in Wolnzach raised 5,400 euros for the non-profit organisation Tafel Pfaffenhofen, Wolnzach distribution point! Half of the sum came directly from the bazaar sales, plus a donation of the same amount from ARS Altmann AG.

The campaign, now in its third edition, was initiated by the employees themselves.

The Waggon Accounting team organized the bazaar. Creative contributions for the good cause – handicrafts, tea, sweets, nativity scenes and Christmas decorations – came from a good 40 employees. The flower store Singer & Rath from Wolnzach also supported the event with a donation in kind. The donation has now been handed over by our colleague Nancy Hilgert (photo, 2nd from left) – on behalf of the Wagon Accounting department – to the volunteer team at the food bank led by Notburga Dierl (3rd from right).

The Donaukurier reported on this in its regional edition (to the article in German language).
