How is rail freight transport positioned for the coming years? Our CEO Dr. Maximilian Altmann explains in “Porsche Consulting Magazin” what is currently important and what difficulties need to be overcome. His plea: the rail infrastructure for freight transport must be strengthened.

Among other things, Dr. Altmann will talk about the advantages of rail transport for finished vehicles, which ARS ALTMANN AG is currently expanding with a fleet of more than 3,500 closed and open rail wagons in order to reduce CO2 emissions, road pollution and the damage rate of the transported vehicles.
In addition, there is a strong focus on maintaining and expanding freight tracks that have been dismantled in the past in favor of other rail infrastructure measures.
