New trucks with state-of-the-art safety technology

A yellow and white Mercedes-Benz car carrier truck with the company name Altmann is parked in a lot on a clear day, with empty ramps and rails for transporting vehicles.

Safety plays an immense role for us, which is why our fleet is equipped with the latest safety and assistance systems throughout.

In future, six new 460 hp Mercedes tractor units with a safety innovation will strengthen our fleet. The task of the exterior mirrors is performed by two cameras with Blind Spot Assist, which are mounted on each side of the vehicle and transmit the images to two large displays inside the cockpit. This increases safety for our drivers, but also for other road users.
